Grand County, Utah is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit proposals from qualified firms to conduct a Feasibility Study for a proposed Public Safety Complex. The study will evaluate the viability of developing a new or significantly renovated public safety complex and provide the baseline information necessary for the Grand County Commission to make informed decisions regarding the project and potential funding through a 0.3% Fixed Guideway sales tax under Utah Code § 59-12-2216.
