Project Title:     Rezone: Large Lot Residential (LLR) to Neighborhood Commercial (NC)


Project Address:         Grand County parcel No. 02-0017-0202

            

Project Description:     The application is for a General Rezone request of a 3.13 acre parcel of land located at 1540 Spanish Valley Dr from Large Lot Residential (RR) to Neighborhood Commercial (NC). The applicant proposes to continue the use of the property as an HVAC repair business in addition to maintaining the use of the single family residence that is on the property.. 


    The applicant has processed the rezone application in accordance with State and County regulation.
