Project Address:         Grand County parcel No. 07-0021-0153

Project Description:     The application is for a General Rezone request of a 2.22 acre parcel of land located at 68 N. King Street, Thompson Springs from  Range and Grazing (RG) to Rural Residential (RR). The applicant proposes future subdivision creating 2, 1-acre lots which would be smaller than the permitted minimum lot size for the existing zone district. 

    The applicant has processed the rezone application in accordance with State and County regulation.
