PUBLIC NOTICE
ADMINISTRATIVE DECISION APPEAL HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that there is an Administrative Decision Appeal Hearing scheduled for June 27, 2024, at 12:00 p.m., for the Conditional Use Permit Application for Kane Springs Improvement District. Representatives of the property owners have filed an appeal of the decision under the County’s Administrative Decision Appeal ordinance.
The hearing will be conducted in person in the Grand County Commission Chambers at 125 E Center Street, Moab, Utah at approximately 12:00 p.m. Materials submitted and relevant to this hearing are available upon request.
