Project Title:               Community Rebuilds request for a Planned Unit Development (PUD) for a 2-lot subdivision on Grand County parcel No. 02-0SMV-0017 

Project Address:         1131 Lance Ave, Moab, Utah 84532

Project Description:    The application is for a PUD rezone to permit a 2-lot subdivision on a 0.18-acre parcel in the Monte Vista Subdivision. The applicant proposes the development of 2 energy efficient, affordable, strawbale homes in accordance with the PUD Development Standards of LUC section 4.4 

                                    The applicant has processed the rezone application in accordance with State and County regulation.
