Public Hearing Notice Grand County Planning Commission 

     

Project Title    Amended Master Plan and Development Agreement - Alternative Dwelling Overlay - Extension Request 


Project Description:     In accordance with LUC section 4.9.6. G - Lapse of Approval:  


The ADO District approval shall automatically expire and be void unless a site plan is approved for the development within six months of ADO District approval, and if certificate of occupancy is not issued within two years of ADO District approval. An extension of up to six months may be granted, upon written request from the applicant and approval of the County Commission of an amended Development Agreement.  \


The Alternative Dwelling Overlay applicant listed below has submitted a written request for a six month extension as required. 


In addition modifications to the Master Plan in order to better accommodate the ADO sites, and ingress/egress.
