County Commission October 17, 2023, 4:00PM

 

Project Title:              An ordinance to amend Land Use Code Section 4.7 High Density Housing Overlay (HDHO) zone as well as the HDHO Rules and Regulations in order to improve the functionality of the HDHO program.

Project Description:    The County Commission will consider approval of an ordinance to amend section 4.7 of the Land Use Code and the HDHO Rules and Regulations to increase the pool of eligible households and improve the administrative processes to better implement the program.
